ALLISON MAIR
Professional musician Allison Mair has gained a wide range of musical experience throughout her life. A native of Buffalo, NY, Mair eventually traveled south and received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Miami where she studied with Dr. Jo-Michael Scheibe in the Frost Chorale, and later received her Masters from the University of Florida in Music Education. She has served as the choral director and voice teacher for the past sixteen years at the number one ranked private school in the nation, Pine Crest School in Boca Raton. Highlights in her music career include performing with the Cleveland Orchestra, Andrea Bocelli, and Itzhak Perlman. With a variety of experience in classical, jazz, musical theater, and barbershop performance, as well as playing piano, oboe, and alto saxophone, Allison Mair brings a wealth of musical insight to the South Florida area.
